I see lots of contact for White here with good/decent structure in their home board. This leads me to thinking a take is clear.
Black is definitely leading here with the race and only three checkers left to bring in... Looking for market losers, I think perhaps we have 55, 44, 33, 22? 53... I am probably missing some, but this seems a bit lite. Black has other number that fill gaps and improve inner-board distribution, but I am not sure they lose Black's market, as 11-point will still have to be safely cleared (which is an ideal-for-White 6 pips away from White's 20-point anchor).
I don't see any immediate shot-leavers for Black, which gives us at least two rolls to clear, albeit while White gets to work on improving their side...
I don't know, my feeling is borderline no-double, but having multiple attempts to clear, combined with the ~short-match score I wouldn't be surprised if it is a double/take.
Threats: 33, 44, 55, 53, for a total of five shots.
Race: well well ahead in the race, more than 30 pips.
Position: white has a better home board.
Few backgammons, score not relevant. Bar those jokers, we are likely going to leave a shot, so that is a take. I don't believe it is a double.
Easy take, especially at 5a/5a. Most likely we just safety the blot next roll, which isn't much of a threat, and we're left with a lot of gaps. But I hate losing my market so I'll double. I'm not traveling much these days so I'm playing mostly against weak local players whose tendencies I know well - in practice I'd cube against those who drop everything, and wait against those who take everything.
