How often do you guys and gals play backgammon? I do not get to play as often as I would like to but do play at least on a weekly basis.

Rarely I think due to our technology this days computer games, television, Radio, IPod, Game Consoles, etc. etc.

I've only played once or twice when I was little but my friend and I are trying to get back into it so then we can start playing against one another. But it is hard to play often especially with all of the technology that we have and online games.

I made it a point to be pro-active in playing backgammon. As with any sport or playing you need to make sure you play often in order to keep your mind in the game. I find that when not played often I tend to forget things. So I try to play at least one game daily.

i try to play every day..does any one know were you can find other players of similar levels to play with...on line and possibly off line....that would be a great resource ?

meets ups are a great way to find other players, i would also seek out any local backgammon clubs.
